Day 4 - Grill and chill

Today, everything was about arms and head


Arms:
- First: block in 3 keys. The arm pose on f0, f12 and f24
- slightly after down position, arm wants to stretch down
- straight down = stretch pose. (Around f6)
- around f12: rebound from stretch
- neutral pose at around f12 (slightly bent forward)
- arm should be rotating around body


Head:
- Focus of audience is mostly on the head. Make sure this arcs are clean.
- You can attach something like a stick to the nose to track the arcs better
- Head is more like a tail. If your foot is hitting the ground, the head bounces immediatly. It doesn't wait for the chest
